“Our Boulos family philosophy has been simple: everything works out for the best. Everything is God’s will, and we should be happy with His will. In all our struggles and disappointments we have tried to keep a sense of humor and take life as it comes. Above all, we have always espoused a strong family relationship. At the end of the day, we have faith and hope in God. We thank God, Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of Lebanon, and St. Charbel for guiding and sustaining our family. We pray that they will always bless, protect, and guide all our Boulos families worldwide.”

Possibly most proudly American of the family, he married a firecracker, settled in Haiti and lived in a cuckoo house raising a beautiful, loving and colorful family.

“The Pocket Rocket” — Soccer Hall of Famer, grandfather of 13, and dispenser of hard-earned wisdom, usually wrapped in a joke. He lived and breathed the Boulos family philosophy.

Winner of the favorite uncle award and runner-up for best soccer player, Uncle Ray was known for his love of family, sense of humor, and fondness for Japanese Marigolds.
Alfred
“Freddy” was the youngest of the family but also perhaps the most looked up to. His brothers and sisters were so proud of his personal and professional accomplishments. He was the keeper and master communicator of the Boulos family story.
